Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead creator partnerships, execute impactful influencer campaigns, and drive brand growth across FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality categories.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Identify emerging trends, creators, and content formats within the creator ecosystem.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Executives, Managers, and Interns.
Present campaign strategies, reports, and insights to clients and stakeholders.
Drive innovative, culturally relevant campaign ideas and influencer activations.
Manage creator negotiations, budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables.




Leverage AI tools for campaign planning, content ideation, and productivity.

Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
Strong experience managing influencer campaigns across FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality brands.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven team management and leadership experience.
Solid understanding of influencer metrics, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
