About the Role
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy technical analysis, tender documents and solving complex engineering requirements.
Freshers are welcome. We are looking for candidates with robust electrical fundamentals, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
• Review Solar, BESS & hybrid renewable-energy tenders
• Analyse technical specifications, PQ requirements and project risks
• Prepare technical and pre-bid queries
• Develop Solar & BESS BOMs
• Coordinate vendor enquiries and technical comparisons
• Support costing and bid preparation
• Research MNRE, CEA, DISCOM and applicable BIS/IEC requirements
• Evaluate grid connectivity, evacuation, SCADA, metering and O&M; requirements
What We're Looking For
• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• Strong electrical fundamentals
• Good Excel and analytical skills
• Good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand detailed tender documents
• Curiosity to solve technical problems
M.Tech in Electrical / Power Systems / Renewable Energy is an advantage.
