Role Description:
The Business Development Manager role at Dolphy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients and channel partners, and driving revenue growth in key sectors such as hospitality, corporate offices, government spaces, malls, airports, and IT parks. The Business Development Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, conduct product presentations and demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, forecasting, and close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, project coordination, and customer service to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, participation in industry events, and contributing insights to support Dolphy’s expansion in domestic and international markets.
