1. Position Summary:
The AGM HR Manager will act as the strategic leader for all HR functions across multiple garment / textile manufacturing units in Tirupur and Sipcot. The primary objective is to drive operational excellence, maintain high-speed recruitment, ensure 100% statutory compliance (labour laws), and uphold global buyer social compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP/ SLCP/TESCO/NEXT/INDITEX/PRIMARK etc.). This role bridges corporate strategy with on-ground factory execution to ensure a productive, disciplined, and compliant workforce. He will perform and report to DGM-HR & Compliance in all these responsibilities.

2. Key Responsibilities:

A) Strategy & Operations
Manpower Planning: Develop staffing plans for meeting the operational needs and plans the recruitment strategies along with unit HR team.
Multi-Unit Monitoring:



Oversee HR & Compliance operations across all factory locations to ensure consistency in policies and workforce management.
B) Social Compliance & Audit Management (Critical)
Audit Readiness: Lead the preparation for buyer audits (e.g., SEDEX, BSCI, ICS, NEXT, TESCO, INDITEX, Primark and etc) and ensure compliance with local laws and buyer COC / standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, PF/ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act and other relevant labour laws.
Safety & Welfare: Implement health, fire safety, and welfare measures through subordinate staff at Units. (canteen, transportation, medical facilities).
Internal Monitoring: Regularly monitor the production floor to check for non-compliance, child labour, or safety hazards.

C) Talent Acquisition & Management
Bulk Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring for skilled operators, helpers, supervisors, and merchandising staff.
