Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (On-site)
About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our energetic sales team in Kozhikode In this role, you will drive business growth by reaching out to prospective students and parents, pitching our educational programs, overcoming objections, and converting warm leads into active enrollments.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Prospecting & Outreach: Call prospective students and parents to introduce our academic programs, highlight course value, and discuss fee structures.
Drive Conversions: Deliver compelling sales pitches, address candidate concerns, negotiate terms where applicable, and close student enrollments.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a organized pipeline of leads, scheduled follow-ups,
and sales statuses in MS Excel or our CRM platform.
Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly calling KPIs and sales revenue goals in a competitive team setting.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
Tech Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM or dialer software.
Soft Skills: Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and a high motivation to achieve revenue targets.
