Role Description The Operations Intern role at BookMyPooja is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating puja bookings, tracking schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, pandits, and internal teams.



Responsibilities include assisting with order processing, maintaining databases, resolving basic operational issues, and supporting process documentation and reporting. The intern will help monitor service quality, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with sales and customer support to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. This role provides hands-on exposure to operations in a fast-growing, technology-enabled religious services organization.
