Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing (Man Matters)

The role
Man Matters is a science-backed men's wellness brand across hair, beard, and health & fitness. Influencer is one of our largest growth levers, and we want someone to own it end to end.
This is a full-funnel role. You'll run the influencer channel across awareness, consideration, and conversion, and own the content and storytelling that carries the brand through it. You'll decide which creators and platforms to work with, and shape what the brand actually says through them.
There are two jobs inside this one. First, influencer as a supply of performance creative for our paid channels, where what matters is a high hit rate and effective spend. Second, influencer as a brand channel that grows awareness and consideration for what Man Matters stands for. You'll run both, and keep either from starving the other.
What you'll own
The channel, full-funnel. Strategy, creator mix, GTMs, and budget,



all tied to business outcomes. Top, middle, and bottom of the funnel are yours.
Content and storytelling. You decide how the brand shows up through each creator: the brief, the hook, the format, the message. Good work here starts from a real customer problem and is built to convert.
Performance and brand. On the performance side, your team produces creative our paid channels can run, and you're measured on hit rate and efficiency. On the brand side, you grow awareness and consideration for the brand's point of view.
The doctor and expert-creator network. Our credibility rests on real doctors and experts. Building long-term relationships with them is a core part of this role.
Systems and playbooks. Find what works across creators, formats, and hooks, and make it repeatable. Run experiments with enough structure to tell signal from noise. Use AI to move faster on briefs, first drafts, and spotting patterns.
