JOB DESCRIPTION – MERCHANDISER
Work Experience in the same industry: 1–2 Years
Industry: Manufacturing Stainless Steel Products (Export)

Key Responsibilities

1. Buyer Coordination
Communicate with buyers regarding inquiries, product details, prices, samples, and orders.
Understand buyer requirements, specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Maintain regular communication with buyers and provide timely updates.
Handle buyer queries and coordinate for approvals.

2. Order Management
Receive and review purchase orders and ensure all details are clearly understood.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; (Time & Action) plans, and production follow-up reports.

3. Sampling & Development




Coordinate product/sample development as per buyer requirements.
4. Production Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Packing departments.
5. Packing & Dispatch
Coordinate with the Packing and Dispatch teams regarding packing requirements.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
