Role Description The Senior Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, in office role located in the Pune Division. This role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality motion graphics and animated content for brand campaigns, digital platforms, and visual storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and strategy teams, developing storyboards, designing graphic assets, animating sequences, and refining visuals based on feedback. The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will manage end-to-end motion design projects, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and contribute to overall visual direction and innovation. The role also includes mentoring junior designers and supporting cross-functional creative initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for brand communication and visual storytelling.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing,



and preparing content for multiple digital formats.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for both static and dynamic content.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related motion design software).
Proven experience in leading creative projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion graphics, animation work, and brand-focused design solutions.
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic inputs into compelling creative outputs.
Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
