JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist – Amazon Ads & E-commerce to drive revenue growth and profitability for D2C and e-commerce brands, with a primary focus on Amazon Advertising and marketplace growth.
The role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Amazon Ads campaigns while improving product visibility, conversion rates, organic ranking, and overall marketplace revenue.
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Amazon PPC, Seller Central, keyword research, campaign structuring, bid optimization, ACOS/TACOS management, and e-commerce performance analysis.
This is a performance-first role, where revenue, profitability, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and overall business growth are the core KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Amazon Ads Management – PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Build and optimize Auto, Manual, Broad, Phrase, and Exact Match campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis,



competitor analysis, and negative keyword optimization.
Optimize bids, budgets, placements, targeting, and campaign performance.
Identify high-performing keywords, ASINs, products, and campaigns and scale them profitably.
Monitor and optimize ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions, clicks, and sales.
Control advertising spend while maintaining profitability and revenue growth.
Develop strategies for product launches, ranking, seasonal campaigns, and promotional periods.
Identify opportunities to improve Amazon advertising efficiency and marketplace revenue.
2. Amazon Marketplace Growth
Drive overall sales growth through Amazon Seller Central.
Optimize Amazon product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ Content, and storefronts.
Improve product discoverability, organic ranking, traffic, and conversion rates.
