Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Hyderabad.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and expand Dolphy’s presence in target markets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, and project coordination teams to align business development strategies, track market trends, and provide feedback on customer needs. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and representing Dolphy at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
