We are looking for a Freelance Business Development / Client Acquisition Partner to help us generate new Interior Design projects.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and clients for Interior Design projects
- Identify potential residential and commercial clients
- Connect with prospects and understand their project requirements
- Bring qualified leads/projects to our team
- Build business through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach

? Incentive: 3–4% per Successfully Converted Project
- No fixed salary — performance-based opportunity

Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate is a plus
- Solid networking and client-acquisition skills
