About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience to join the Finance Business Partnering team. The role will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making, along with ensuring timely month-end close, business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, while ensuring robust financial controls and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
Lead the month-end and quarter-end financial close activities in coordination with Controllership and Shared Services teams.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports, management MIS, and business performance dashboards.
Review and validate revenue, expenses, provisions, accruals, and other financial entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Perform detailed variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Periods, identifying key business drivers and recommending corrective actions.
Ensure timely reconciliation of financial data across business, finance, and accounting systems.




Support statutory, internal, and management reporting requirements by providing accurate financial information and schedules.
Drive continuous improvement in the financial close process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelines.
Business Finance & Partnering
Monitor key financial and business KPIs, including revenue, profitability, cost ratios, and productivity metrics.
Conduct profitability analysis across products, channels, and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.
Evaluate business proposals, pricing decisions, investments, and commercial initiatives through financial modelling and business case analysis.
Present monthly business performance reviews to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
