Major Tasks and Duties:

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on technology, digitalization, automation, and AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications and IT initiatives.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through workflow automation and digital solutions.
Support digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, Sales, Finance, Quality, and HR.
Coordinate IT projects from requirement gathering through deployment, training, and stabilization.
Governance & Global IT Collaboration
Ensure local solutions comply with global IT architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards.
Collaborate with Global IT teams to leverage existing systems, best practices, and digital capabilities.
Change Management & User Adoption
Champion digital culture and continuous improvement across the organization.
Conduct stakeholder engagement, user training, and change-management activities

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology /Computer Science or related discipline.




MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
8-12 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, Process Automation, ERP, or Technology Consulting roles.
Experience supporting manufacturing organizations and cross-functional business processes (preferred)
Proven track record in driving automation, digitization, and business process improvement initiatives.

Technical, Function and Behavioral Competencies:

Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP preferred).
Experience with workflow automation, digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions, analytics, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, service, sales, finance, and corporate business processes. (preferred)
Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, data management, and enterprise applications.
