Role Description This is a full time, on-site Psychologist role based in Mumbai. The Psychologist will provide individual and group counseling to children and adolescents, conducting psychological assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining case notes, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed to support emotional and behavioral health.



The role involves collaborating with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create holistic support systems and psychoeducational programs. The Psychologist will also participate in awareness initiatives, workshops, and internal case discussions to enhance service quality and child-focused outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in child and adolescent psychology, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Ability to provide individual and group counseling, with a focus on emotional regulation, resilience building, and behavior management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Capacity to maintain accurate documentation, case records, and treatment plans while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology,
