About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Google Ads Manager with strong expertise in managing and scaling e-commerce campaigns for D2C brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, and YouTube campaigns, along with a deep understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and revenue optimization. The candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth, improving ROAS, and maximizing customer acquisition through Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and D2C brands.
Manage and scale Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
Set up and manage Google Merchant Center, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Optimize product feeds and Shopping campaigns for maximum performance.
Implement A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages,



and bidding strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with explicit performance metrics and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, e-commerce trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads for E-commerce/D2C brands.
Strong experience with Performance Max, Google Shopping, Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking implementation.
Strong understanding of bidding strategies such as tROAS, tCPA, and value-based optimization.
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 Lakhs or more.
