Role Description This full-time, on-site Zonal Sales Manager role is based in Lucknow and focuses on driving sales performance and market share for HELL ENERGY within the assigned territory.



The role involves managing distributor and key account relationships, overseeing field sales teams, and ensuring effective coverage of modern trade, general trade, and institutional channels. The Zonal Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives aligned with national objectives, while tracking and reporting on sales targets, budgets, and KPIs. Day-to-day responsibilities include route planning, market visits, competitor analysis, demand forecasting, and ensuring visibility and availability of products across the zone. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support efficient operations and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management and channel management expertise.
