The ideal candidate for this position will help us identify current investment opportunities and monitor our existing portfolio companies. Partnerships Associate at Quad AI, own B2B partnerships end-to-end (source, pitch, close, execute) and run the campus events that bring them to life. Ideal for someone with 1–2 years in partnerships/B2B sales/events who can cold-message a CXO and keep a clean CRM.

Responsibilities
Research industry and market dynamics
Identify and map potential partner across corporates, startups, universities etc.
Plan and execute on-ground events, workshops , and hackathons that bring partnerships to life
Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies
Pitch and close B2B partnerships, negotiating terms that works for both sides of the table

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 year professional working experience in a similar domain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
