Role Description The Parent Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.



The Parent Relationship Officer will coordinate with school administration and academic teams to support admissions, fee-related queries, communication initiatives, and parent engagement activities. Daily responsibilities include managing parent meetings, maintaining accurate records of interactions, supporting resolution of issues, and promoting a positive, trust-based relationship between families and the school. The role also includes contributing to outreach and retention efforts, aligning communication with the school’s values and service standards.
Qualifications

Ability to manage and nurture Business Relationship Management and Customer Service interactions with parents and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of Finance and school fee processes to handle fee-related queries and provide clear guidance.
Strong Communication skills, including explicit spoken and written communication and active listening.
