Job Description: Business Analyst - Fraud Risk & Prevention (Wealth & Personal Banking)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Fraud Detection and Prevention within the Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking products, customer journeys, fraud risk management, and regulatory controls. This role requires close collaboration with business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver effective fraud prevention solutions and enhance customer protection.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to fraud detection, fraud prevention, and risk management initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders, fraud operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams to define and implement fraud control strategies.




Analyze customer journeys and identify fraud vulnerabilities across various banking products and services.
Develop business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Support fraud rule development, transaction monitoring initiatives, and case management processes.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and requirements traceability for fraud-related programs.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation of fraud controls, and solution deployment.
Monitor emerging fraud trends, risk indicators, and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive consensus and solution alignment.
