What You'll Build
Design and develop production-ready AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
Define our SLM & RAG architecture for secure on-premise deployments with an optional cloud gateway for advanced generative capabilities.
Lead model selection, fine-tuning, and quantization strategies (QLoRA, NF4) for resource-constrained GPU environments.
Build intelligent retrieval pipelines, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge systems.
Own end-to-end AI systems, including inference pipelines,



evaluation frameworks, compliance guardrails, monitoring, and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build AI that delivers measurable business impact.

What We're Looking For
4–8 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
Strong expertise in Python and production AI systems.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
Experience deploying AI applications at scale.
A builder's mindset with curiosity, ownership, and a passion for solving challenging engineering problems
