Become familiar with active projects, key clients, government engagements, and internal workflows
Learn project governance frameworks, reporting structures, escalation paths, and engagement protocols
Build strong working relationships with delivery teams, senior stakeholders, clients, and leadership
Align expectations and develop a clear understanding of project priorities, risks, and success mea
