The role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – CRM to own the customer relationship from booking to possession and beyond. You will be the single point of accountability for every buyer's experience after they sign, ensuring documentation, collections, communication, and handover run without friction. This is a high-touch role: many of our buyers are remote and time-poor,



and the quality of their post-sale experience directly drives our referrals and rental-program uptake.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full post-sales customer lifecycle — welcome, documentation, payment milestones, and handover — for all Enclave buyers.
- Own the payment collection schedule against construction milestones; track demand generation, follow-ups, and dues, and keep collection efficiency high.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, resolving queries on agreements, timelines, and statutory formalities promptly and clearly.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, accounts, and project/site teams to keep every buyer file accurate and current.
- Manage documentation and statutory processes — allotment letters, agreements to sell, sale deeds, registration, and Section 118 formalities where applicable.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, referrals, and enrolment into our long-term rental-management program.
