Job Summary
The client is seeking a detail-oriented skilled with qualifications and hands-on experience in US Accounting and US GAAP. The role involves managing financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing reports, and supporting month-end close processes for US-based clients.
Working Hours (Split Shift)
• Day: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hybrid – Office twice a week)
• Night: 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Work from Home)
Working Days: 5 working days
Immediate 30 days' notice preferred
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts for US clients Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Handle journal entries and general ledger maintenance Assist in month-end and year-end closing Prepare financial statements as per US GAAP Work on accounts payable and receivable processes Support audit documentation and schedules Coordinate with US clients via email and virtual meetings Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Requirements:
Required Skills




Strong understanding of US GAAP Experience working on Quick Books / Net Suite / Xero / Sage Good knowledge of financial statement preparation Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups preferred) Good communication skills (written & verbal) Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with US-based accounting firms or clients Comfortable working in a semi-US shift Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Immediate joiners preferred Benefits:
