Role Description The Project Manager Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring work is executed according to design, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Daily tasks include managing project schedules, monitoring progress, supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.



The Project Manager Civil will handle resource allocation, review drawings and technical documents, resolve on-site issues, and prepare regular progress and cost reports. The role also includes overseeing quality control procedures, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications

Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure project execution, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Experience in Construction Management, including site supervision, resource allocation, and contractor oversight.
Competence in Budgeting and cost control, with the ability to track expenses and optimize project financial performance.
Bachelor’s degree or above iin Civil Engineering or a related field.
