Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves creating visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. The specialist will collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to translate concepts into design assets, including logos, brand elements, and promotional creatives. Daily tasks include designing layouts, refining visual identities, editing images, preparing files for digital and print use, and maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints. The role also includes participating in brainstorming sessions, presenting design options to internal stakeholders, and iterating based on feedback to optimize performance and user engagement.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and branding work.




Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities for diverse brands.
Proficiency in Image Editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).
Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or equivalent tools.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver designs within deadlines.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Noida.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
