About the Role
As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end AI/ML initiatives across the organization, from solution conceptualization and Proof of Concept (POC) development to enterprise-scale deployment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver business-focused AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple business functions.
Define and execute AI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Drive AI innovation through POCs and transform successful concepts into scalable production solutions.
Manage the complete project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with business, engineering, product, and IT teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
Present AI solutions,



project progress, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure adoption of MLOps best practices, model governance standards, and deployment frameworks.
Provide technical leadership in building advanced AI solutions involving:
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Computer Vision
Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning
Drive the adoption of modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Mentor and guide Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Developers while fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture.
Desired Skills & Experience
9+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related domains.
Robust hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
Experience with LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, model governanc
