Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive Fresher role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and researching potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting recent business acquisition activities. The Business Development Executive will assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials, and will follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, and contributing to the development of client relationships and account growth. The role also includes learning and applying business development best practices under guidance from senior team members.
Qualifications





Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to support client acquisition and growth.
Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs and maintain ongoing relationships.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or professional services domains is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Navi Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools or databases is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
