Role Description The Procurement Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, quotation evaluation,
and issuance of purchase orders in line with company policies and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with internal teams to understand material and service needs, and ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance from suppliers. The role involves maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, negotiating pricing and terms, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. The Procurement Executive will also assist in developing and refining procurement processes to support sustainable and efficient operations across electromechanical and related services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management, with experience handling procurement cycles from requisition to delivery.
