10+ years of overall IT experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in: Mule Soft Open Shift RTF (Runtime Fabric) AKS CI/CD Git Hub Unix Azure Cloud Robust experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in integration and cloud technologies Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to support team members proactively Key Responsibilities
Act as a hands-on SME for Mule Soft and Open Shift platform operations Manage and support Mule Soft / Anypoint Platform deployments in enterprise environments Handle CI/CD deployment, enhancement activities, pipeline issues, and platform troubleshooting Support and optimize RTF, Open Shift, and AKS-based deployments Work closely with Dev Ops, cloud, and application teams for platform reliability and improvement Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and platform performance issues Implement best practices around web security,
performance optimization, and platform stability Support code quality, monitoring, observability, and release governance processes Ensure seamless integration with enterprise tools and cloud infrastructure Provide technical guidance and SME-level support for platform improvements and issue resolution Required Skills
