Role:
The Maintenance Officer is a full time, on-site role based at Kosamba, responsible for maintaining production equipment, facility utilities, electrical systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibility:
Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and facility equipment.
Monitor and maintain electrical systems, panels, wiring,



and power distribution.
Operate and maintain AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, and other utility systems.
Troubleshoot equipment faults and minimize production downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, schedules, checklists, and equipment history.
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and other departments for maintenance activities.
Handle basic IT hardware troubleshooting, including computers, printers, UPS, and other electronic equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and servers.
Monitor and maintain CCTV/camera systems, DVR/NVR, and related equipment.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized technical and maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, ISO 13485, QMS, and company requirements.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and reduce downtime.
