Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales professional with proven team handling and P&L; ownership experience to join our growing Sales team. This role is central to driving revenue growth by converting inbound/outbound leads (parents of K12 students) into paying customers through consultative, needs-based selling, while building and managing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in EdTech K12 sales, is comfortable with high-volume outreach,



and thrives in a rapid-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead engagement to counseling parents/students and closing enrollments for BrightCHAMPS programs.
Own the P&L; for the assigned team/region/vertical — driving revenue, managing cost per acquisition, and ensuring profitable growth against budget.
Conduct structured discovery calls with parents to understand their child's learning needs and present BrightCHAMPS' offerings as the right-fit solution.
Drive and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline management and follow-ups.
Conduct regular performance reviews, call audits, and coaching sessions to improve team conversion rates and pitch quality.
Deliver product demos and counseling sessions (video/phone) that build trust and clearly articulate value to parents.
