What You'll Do
Identify and connect with prospective clients through Linked In, networking, referrals and outbound outreach. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with HR Leaders, Business Heads and CXOs. Present People Pro Consulting's Recruitment, Executive Search and HR Consulting services.



Understand client hiring challenges and recommend suitable solutions. Build, nurture and maintain long-term client relationships. Prepare proposals, commercials and client presentations. Maintain CRM, sales pipelines and business development reports. Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experience. Represent People Pro Consulting professionally at networking events and business meetings. Achieve individual and team business development targets. Who Can Apply?
