We are looking for an experienced Siebel Administrator to join the Infrastructure & Operations team within the Digital & Information Office. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support for Siebel environments, manage deployments across production and non-production landscapes, and partner closely with development, QA, and DBA teams to keep business-critical CRM systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Siebel production and non-production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Manage Siebel application deployments, configurations, and workplace refreshes end to end.
Support and maintain applications on Siebel IP20 and above, including planning and executing version upgrades.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DBA teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and support testing cycles.
Own day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including incident diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support critical business operations outside standard hours.
Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting playbooks for the Siebel environment.
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of hands-on experience in a Siebel Administrator role.
Proven expertise maintaining both production and non-production Siebel environments.
Hands-on experience supporting Siebel applications on IP20 or later versions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system issues independently.
Willingness and availability to participate in rotational on-call support.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience upgrading Siebel environments to IP20 or later versions.
Siebel experience within the Telecom industry.
Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
