A reputed law firm is looking to hire a Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, MIS preparation, bank reconciliations, vendor management, and supporting the smooth functioning of finance operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts. Prepare and process client invoices. Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly. Maintain ledgers and accounting records in Tally.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries for management. Handle petty cash management and reconciliations. Manage TDS deductions, payments, and related documentation. Assist in payroll processing and Professional Tax compliance. Maintain records of all financial transactions and supporting documents. Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and service providers whenever required. Coordinate with office vendors and ensure timely payments and service delivery. Maintain administrative records and documentation. Monitor and manage office administrative requirements. Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in accounting and finance functions. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP. Good knowledge of invoicing, BRS, ledger accounting, TDS, petty cash management, and MIS reporting. Basic understanding of payroll processing and Professional Tax compliance. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitie
