Job Summary
Home Lane Nallagandla is looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation through robust relationships with channel partners, builders, and the real estate community. The ideal candidate should be field-oriented, possess excellent networking skills, and have a thorough understanding of the real estate and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
Work primarily on-site and in the field to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, builders, developers, brokers, and real estate consultants. Identify and generate high-quality interior design leads through continuous networking and market visits. Develop strong partnerships with gated communities, apartment associations, and real estate professionals. Maintain regular interactions with channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow and long-term business relationships. Stay updated with new residential projects, property launches, handovers, and real estate developments in and around Hyderabad.



Understand customer requirements and educate prospects about Home Lane's interior solutions, products, process, and value proposition. Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads. Plan and execute local marketing activities, apartment activations, and promotional events to increase brand visibility. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads generated, and conversion status. Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets. Required Skills
