Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Anakapalle. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, guiding them through the home loan process and explaining products and eligibility clearly. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting initial assessments of their financial profiles, assisting with documentation collection, and coordinating with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing.
The role also involves follow-up on applications, managing customer queries, supporting post-disbursement customer service, and participating in local marketing or outreach activities to grow the customer base.
