Roles & Responsibilities
Actively prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, and networking events. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting IT Staffing Services. Develop a deep understanding of clients & business needs to tailor IT Staffing Services accordingly. Work on tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hubspot to generate the leads for Staffing business. Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Provide ongoing support and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.



Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of Services to clients. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitors& offerings. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends and customer needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports for management review. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Desired experience & skills. Experience in Sales of Staffing Services. Reasonably good communication and presentation skills. Extremely confident, self-driven and go-getter.
