We are RheumaCARE, a rapidly growing specialty healthcare network spread across the country. We operate in a space with very little public awareness, but a massive, life-changing impact—a place where patients often arrive in wheelchairs and walk back out on their own feet.
We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer to join our core team in Kochi to help us completely bridge this awareness gap through thoughtful visual communication.
Key Details
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers are welcome)
Location: Kochi (On-site, 6 days/week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month
Focus Areas: Brand development, core graphic design, and phygital marketing execution (Note: This is NOT a UI/UX role).
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Collaboration:
Actively participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions with our design and marketing teams.
Multi-Channel Campaigns: Help execute campaigns ranging from digital/social media ad creatives to giant outdoor hoardings across top-tier cities.
Brand Consistency: Design and develop core brand collaterals to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Internal Collaterals: Support diverse, day-to-day internal design, layout, and visual requirements for the brand.
