We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and converting prospects into customers for Microsoft cloud and business solutions, including Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, and Power BI.
This role requires strong sales prospecting skills, experience in B2B technology sales, and a passion for helping customers solve business challenges through Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and qualification· Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
· Generate qualified sales opportunities and build a consistent pipeline.
· Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
· Schedule discovery meetings and demos with prospects.
· Follow up on inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities.
· Metrics:
Number of outbound calls/emails, Meetings booked, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) converted, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated, Pipeline created
Sales Qualification & Opportunity Management· Understand customer business challenges and map them to Microsoft solutions.
· Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies.
· Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems.
· Work closely with Microsoft account teams and partner channels to identify co-sell opportunities.
· Transition qualified opportunities to senior sales executives or solution specialists while maintaining engagement.
Customer Engagement· Present Baadalsoft's service offerings and Microsoft solution expertise.
· Develop trusted relationships with prospects and customers.
· Conduct needs assessments and assist in identifying solutions aligned with customer objectives.
