We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven Head of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer to build, lead, and scale the marketing function for a high-growth B2B technology business.

This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader with strong experience in B2B enterprise marketing, particularly across CRM, ERP, MarTech, CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise technology. You will own the marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, events, performance marketing, and market positioning, with a clear focus on driving measurable business and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multi-functional marketing team.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success,



and senior leadership to drive business outcomes.
- Establish marketing KPIs and performance frameworks linked to pipeline, revenue, acquisition, and brand growth.
- Build scalable marketing processes, systems, and operating rhythms.

Event & Field Marketing
- Own the strategy for industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events, partner events, and executive roundtables.
- Develop event programs that generate brand awareness, enterprise engagement, and qualified leads.
- Build relationships with industry associations, strategic partners, and event organizers.
- Measure event performance and continuously optimize investment and ROI.

Product Marketing
- Define product positioning, messaging, differentiation, and value propositions for enterprise audiences.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for current products, features, and market initiatives.
- Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and market intell
