Job Description

Required Skills / Experience

· 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Business Functional Testing tailored for USA clients.

· Robust expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, with hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution.

· Experience in Audit domains specific to the USA market is highly desirable.

· Solid understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the USA, including SOX, GAAP, GAAS, and IRS regulations.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Validate the accuracy and integrity of financial data, transaction records, and reporting mechanisms, with a focus on detecting anomalies, errors, or fraudulent activities.

· Collaborate with internal audit teams and external auditors to define test objectives, scope, and criteria, and facilitate the resolution of audit findings and recommendations.

· Develop and execute test cases to assess the effectiveness of internal controls,



risk management practices, and governance frameworks.

· Participate in requirement gathering sessions, contributing domain expertise to translate business needs into actionable testing strategies, scenarios, and test cases.

· Proactively identify opportunities for test automation, working closely with Team Leads and automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test scripts, accelerate testing cycles, and improve productivity.

· Analyze test results and user feedback, providing valuable insights and recommendations for product improvement and refinement, with a focus on addressing domain-specific pain points and enhancing functionality.

· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to verify implementation against requirements, ensuring alignment with SME needs and regulatory compliance.
