We are seeking a hands-on Analyst, HRIS to support the day-to-day configuration and performance of the Workday environment, with a focus on HCM, Global Benefits and Performance Management. This is a core part of the global team responsible for triaging support requests, maintaining data integrity, and supporting key HR processes including the performance review cycle and other HCM processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, this individual will serve as a frontline resource for Workday support and process execution.
Responsibilities
Monitor and triage the Workday support inbox, resolving HCM issues or routing other issues for escalation
Support configuration and maintenance of HCM business processes, organizational structures, and job/position data
Own complex Workday Perks configuration including benefit plans, benefit groups,
