As a SAP SuccessFactors LMS - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications.



This role is essential in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging business application consulting expertise.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
