Opportunity
As a Project Controller,



you will provide operational and administrative support across the ELT Product function, helping ensure product information, contracts, and project data are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Contracts and IP activities, including the preparation of Letters of Agreement and New Publication Forms.
Maintaining royalty trackers, IP records, and project information across systems such as ClickUp, Salesforce, and SAP.
Managing product and metadata records to support successful product development and delivery.
Creating and maintaining project-related Teams sites, access codes, and digital product records.
Supporting the management of digital content requests and archive retrieval activities.
Assisting project teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Maintaining accurate documentation, trackers, and workflow records across multiple projects.
