Leads the strategy, transformation, governance, and execution of Networking Services Operations across Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), renewals, contract lifecycle management,



subscription operations, and revenue operations. Drives process standardization, digital transformation, automation, operational excellence, and scalable business solutions while leveraging analytics and governance frameworks to improve business performance, customer experience, and revenue growth.

Recognized enterprise leader and subject matter expert in business operations, strategy, and transformation. Shapes organizational direction by defining operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps that support long-term business objectives.
