The role combines business analysis, process design, solution configuration, and customer-facing consulting.
You’ll contribute to implementations across regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences environments.
Working within an Agile delivery model, you’ll collaborate closely with QA, business, IT, and technical teams.
The position offers significant ownership across the full engagement lifecycle, from requirements discovery through implementation and delivery.

Accountabilities:
Participate in customer projects focused on designing and deploying quality and manufacturing applications within regulated life sciences environments.
Conduct workshops with customers and collaborate with QA, business, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and model business processes.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and other implementation documentation.
Design, prototype, configure, and document quality and content management solutions using appropriate platform capabilities and best practices.
Leverage out-of-the-box functionality and proven implementation approaches to develop scalable and effective solution strategies.
Contribute to sprint planning and Agile delivery processes, supporting continuous and iterative implementation.
