1. Develop and to ensure the implementation of Quality Management systems in the entire organization.
2. Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against targets. 3.Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels on monthly basis.
3.Responsible to coordinate with customer for visit/Audit Planning and customer complain handling.
4.Responsible for Maintaining records and documentation related to quality procedures, audits, and inspections.
5.Involvement during New part feasibility review along with development team to ensure first time right product launching.
6.Responsible for IATF, Customer-certification, and any other systems. To ensure inspection and testing as per schedule and maintain the records for the same. 7.To coordinate with all the departments for day-to-day activities for product quality improvement.
8.Vendor Selection assessment & other documentation work.



To interact with suppliers to develop the suppliers Quality system and improve supplier quality ratings.
9.Ensure implementation of ISO/OSHAS quality system in department. 10.Resolve & reduced customer complaints and take necessary CAPA. 11.Timely submission & Approval of PPAP from customer
12.Responsible for the Internal and incoming qualty.
Skills required:8D, PPAP, PFMEA, FMEA, Quality System, APQP,7QC tools.
