We are hiring HR Recruiter freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring operations — along with structured training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Understand job requirements from hiring teams
Maintain and update candidate database, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer status, and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
Support onboarding, documentation,



and induction processes for new hires
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and recruitment coordination

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; HR-related degree (BBA/MBA-HR/MSW) preferred
Freshers eligible; internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication
Good coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in HR
