Job Description
Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze commercial lease agreements and loan applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial viability. Conduct market research on property values, rental trends, and investment opportunities to support decision-making. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, and financial institutions to drive business growth. Negotiate lease and loan terms to secure favorable conditions for both clients and the organization. Track and monitor lease expirations, rental payments, and loan repayment schedules to maintain portfolio health.
